Great news! We’re now listed on the Harvard Book Store’s website, and you can order a paperback copy of the anthology here, have it printed on their Espresso Book Machine (nicknamed Paige M. Gutenborg), and have it shipped anywhere in the country. It costs $11.88, which exactly what it costs to print, + $5 shipping, which is… presumably a bit more than it costs to ship, but don’t hold that against them.
