They accepted my Reader that broke for a refund, so I can't complain too loudly, but it does seem like that would be a top priority: to make them tough enough not to get broken at random. However, it was just sitting on a table! It was working, I closed it, then 8 hours later I saw that it was broken. It was not bashed at all.
